Because all furniture from Ylexironoascyxae is custom-made to your specifications, we have a specific return policy that reflects the unique nature of our products.

Order Cancellation

You may cancel your order before production begins. Once production has started, cancellation may be subject to fees based on materials ordered and work completed.

Defects and Quality Issues

We stand behind the quality of our craftsmanship. If you receive a piece with manufacturing defects or quality issues, please contact us within 30 days of delivery. We will:

• Inspect the issue
• Repair the defect at no cost to you
• Replace the item if repair is not possible
• Provide a full refund if neither repair nor replacement is feasible

Design Approval Process

To minimize the need for returns, we provide detailed design renderings and require your approval before production begins. Once approved, the piece will be built according to the agreed specifications.

If you need to return an item due to a defect:

1. Contact us within 30 days of delivery
2. Provide photos and description of the issue
3. We will arrange for inspection or pickup
4. Upon confirmation of defect, we will process your refund or replacement

Shipping Costs

For returns due to manufacturing defects, we will cover all shipping costs. For cancellations before production, shipping costs (if any) will be refunded.

Damaged Items

If your furniture arrives damaged during shipping, please contact us immediately. We will arrange for repair or replacement at no cost to you.
